Make auto pasting/linux-fast-paste configurable
#2039
I just wanted to put an idea out there... it seems to be personally that linux-fast-paste is trying too hard to be smart about which method(s) to use to paste. For me, it seems to usually pick the wrong method, fails, and each release shifts the goalposts.
For example, for me on KDE Wayland, ydotool just always works, yet v1.9.2 is, for some reason, choosing uinput which fails 100% of the time.
I know that linux-fast-paste has CLI args -- it'd be good to be able to choose/force those in the openwhispr GUI.
