Can't signup for an account at opensauced.pizza webiste

Hello, I was following this course and then I found the section "Discovering Open Source with OpenSauced" and I had to ignore this section because the opensauced.pizza website has no option to create an account. I think might be a good improvement to update/remove this section.

Thanks for the issue, @antonio-pedro99! OpenSauced is no longer available. We're planning on making updates to the course soon to reflect that!

Hey, learn.opensauced.pizza is now learn.osscommunities.com.

We're still in the process of removing the references. There's not a 1:1 replacement, but we think contributor.info has a lot of great features!
