Backup causing odd directory structure

I did a backup - The XRP has around 70 files on it. At the end of the back up it did not show the XRPCodeBackup directory. I then logged out and back in and the only file I saw was an empty file called newfile.

I looked at my Google Drive directly.
It had the following directory structure.

XRPCode
XRPCodeBackup
files from back up
XRPCode
XRPCode
newfile

Was this issue occur when you click the back drop and the dialog go away? If that is the case, maybe the process did not complete.

No, this issue happens without clicking on the back drop. And it happened with the local version on my laptop and the version at xrpcode.wpi.edu/staging

I'm not able to reproduce this issue. Are you looking under the XRPCode folder on your Google drive? I don't have 70 files, but I have about 30 files. The XRPCodeBackup folder is under the XRPCode directory.
