src/aux/qsat_wat.F90 contains OpenMP directives, but is not compiled with OpenMP

And trying to build everything with OpenMP exposes this error:

Note that I have fixed this as part of my Fab work in #29. Not sure if the intention is to merge the Fab script at all (based on comments in this issue), but feel free to cherry pick dbd0491 to fix the qsat_wat compilation issue (note that I couldn't test if enabling openmp will trigger any issues)
