Binder design versus multichain target

Is it possible to generate binders versus multichain targets? Is there a workaround?

From the OVO workflows page:
"Only one target chain is supported. You may circumvent this by merging multiple chains into a single chain in your input PDB file, adding residue index jumps (200) between the original chains, this influences both RFdiffusion and AlphaFold2."

This worked in our case.
