[Feature Request] Expose real-time MiniMax quota / remaining requests for Token Plan Plus users

As a subscriber to Kilo's MiniMax Token Plan Plus (coding plan), I want to know how much of my actual MiniMax quota I have left in the current 5-hour rolling window/Monthly token limits — not just an aggregated view on the Kilo side.

It would be great if one of these gets implemented:

1. Live remaining-quota indicator in the dashboard — e.g. "X requests remaining in current 5h window/Monthly token used/left".
2. Expose limits via the Kilo Code extension, CLI, or API.
3. Expose the underlying MiniMax API key in account settings, so the subscriber can just run it against MiniMax CLI(mmx quota).
