Assemble-release action should have a way to copy misc files

Many mods have license, change log, readme etc in the root of the repo but would also like to copy those to somewhere in GameData.

This might be best implemented as a msbuild target, like msbuild-dependency-target in install-dependencies.

I don't think this action modifying game data Is a good idea. better to just add a step yourself with run: cp foo GameData/Blah/

That's a good point, but it only works if you're building the workflow yourself and not using the reusable ones.
