Frontend: team dashboards nav entry + view

Epic FlowFuse/product#459. Gated on EMBEDDED_DASHBOARD_ENABLED (subtask 0).

Team nav entry aggregating all team dashboards, backed by the existing /teams/:teamId/dashboard-instances endpoint. Replaces the dashboard-only user's bare instances list.

Scope

• Team nav entry (Viewer+), listing all team dashboards; exclude instances without a dashboard
• Host the wrapper (subtask 3) with the selector shown; switch between dashboards in-view
• Dashboard-only role lands here on login, no dead ends
• Add the drawer and list of instances as documented under Frontend: embedded dashboard wrapper component #7873

Team Dashboards — Manual Test Plan

✅ All tests passed!

Gated on EMBEDDED_DASHBOARD_ENABLED. Embedding requires the launcher CSP (subtask 1) in place.

Flag gating

• Flag off: no "Dashboards" nav entry; dashboard-only users get the old instances list
• Flag on: "Dashboards" appears in the team nav under Operations (Viewer+)

List (/dashboards)

• Lists only instances with a dashboard installed; others excluded
• Search + sort work. Cannot sort by status, same in FF off view.
• Empty state when the team has no dashboards
• Row click opens the viewer; ⌘/Ctrl-click opens in a new tab
• Normal layout with side nav present

Viewer (/dashboards/:instanceId)

• Selected dashboard renders embedded; no side nav
• Drawer lists all team dashboards; selecting one switches the embed and updates the URL
• Direct load / refresh of a viewer URL selects that dashboard and loads the team
• Selection does not flicker/revert during a status change
• Home button returns to the list with the side nav restored
• Not-running instance shows the unavailable state; starting it swaps to the iframe

Drawer

• Trigger toggles open/closed
• Pin/unpin, fullscreen, and move left/right work
• Resize works while dragging over the dashboard iframe
• Notifications and the Expert button stack on top of the drawer; back/close returns to the list

Live status

• Running/stopped reflected in the list and drawer; updates live (MQTT) and via polling when no broker

Dashboard-only user

• Lands on the dashboards list on login — no inaccessible nav or dead ends
• Can open a dashboard and return to the list

Access control

• Only dashboards the user is permitted to access appear

Regression — immersive editor (EditorDrawer refactor)

• Editor drawer resize, pin/unpin, fullscreen, and tab switching unchanged
• Notifications and Expert still open correctly in the editor
• Node-RED drawer-state sync still works (open/close reflects in the editor)
