FPP 10: Multiple media output testing on Pi - Placeholder WIP

FPP Version and Hardware:
FPP 10.c master running on Pi4

Describe the bug and Steps to reproduce:
Test 1:
FPP configured as a player no multisync configured.
1st Video 15 seconds long, 2nd video 1 min
Both video play when I hit play
2nd video stops then 1st vide stops but there is a delay on when the 2nd video stops (see attached)
Is it mandatory for both video to be the same length?

Test 2:
Player plays both clips
assumption: the clip on hdmi 2 should not trigger Multisync packet sends to the remotes. There likely should be a flag on the 2nd hdmi out to to enable multisync at item level in playlist for 2nd channel

Notes per Dan: The clips need to be the same length (and pretty much match the sequence length).
