Testing of the ESMValCore with the upcoming ESMValTool release ESMValGroup/ESMValTool#3198 is delayed a bit due to ongoing work on ESMValTool and Iris v3.6.1. I updated the planned release date accordingly.

Iris version 3.6.1 has been released and I'm planning to make the ESMValCore release tomorrow.
