Refactor/redo dashboard

The dashboard was rushed to meet an internal demo deadline. It has no tests, no design, lacks obvious features, etc. It's also worth considering if Kotlin's React wrapper is the best approach. What if we export common modules, and use them from TypeScript? Or, what if we just use… Kotlin, in pace with the rest of the project?

Regardless, we should at least:

• Clean up the code (e.g., more constants, less inlining)
• Have reasonable test coverage
• Have a direction when it comes to design
• Support all API features
