Error when trying to Install "non-zero status 1"

I've installed Anaconda and Ollama via winget. Also got Python 3.11.0 thinking the error was that. No fix.

Any guidance?

Fix
Run these commands to accept the ToS for all three default channels:

In CMD (or PowerShell with &):

"C:\Users\Administrator\OpenWebUI\miniconda3\Scripts\conda.exe" tos accept --override-channels --channel https://repo.anaconda.com/pkgs/main
"C:\Users\Administrator\OpenWebUI\miniconda3\Scripts\conda.exe" tos accept --override-channels --channel https://repo.anaconda.com/pkgs/r
