Create list of cities

Ultimately the list of cities could be generated from here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_towns_and_cities_with_100,000_or_more_inhabitants
Or just the 505 1M+ cities: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_cities_with_over_one_million_inhabitants ∪ ~200 capitals: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_national_capitals

However, as a first step, start with European capitals: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_national_capitals where Continent==Europe

This should create a csv file of: slug,name,name_en,nominatimstring where the nominatimstring resolves to the correct polygon on nominatim.
For example: copenhagen,København,Copenhagen,Københavns Kommune

Probably makes sense to already add some more meta-info at this step that can be useful for the viz, like: lat,lon,population,country,continent,area,mbb_width,mbb_height..

For weird cases like Copenhagen or LA, the nominatimstring could be a list of strings with polygons to be dissolved, like so:
copenhagen,København,Copenhagen,Københavns Kommune;Frederiksberg Kommune

European capitals implemented as of a5a01c7, as well as it was possible. Some boundaries from OSM are still "weird" (compared to google maps)

All cities need manual checks and some fiddling to hit the right osm object if it exists or a custom shape file like for Copenhagen, so this does not scale so well. Might limit around 100 cities in the end.
