Issue Description
Add a quick action to Weekly Labor Meeting events that allows an authorized user to invite/RSVP all active Labor students at once.
This should work similarly to the existing functionality used to invite Bonner cohorts, avoiding the need to manually add Labor students individually. This action is similar when you Create Event > Choose Weekly Labor Meeting option in there to have a checkbox to invite Labor Students. This would be the UI flow for this functionality.
Only students who are currently considered active Labor students should be included when using this action.
Expected Behavior
When creating or managing a Weekly Labor Meeting, the user should have an Invite All Active Labor Students action.
Selecting the action should add/RSVP all currently active Labor students to the meeting using the same general behavior as the existing Bonner cohort invitation functionality, without including inactive Labor students.
