Issue Description: When a user goes to Administration → Course Management and adds a new course, the course number field currently allows alphabetic characters to be entered.
Update the course number input so that it only accepts numeric values.
Expected Behavior:
The course number field should only allow numbers and should prevent users from entering alphabetic or other invalid characters.
