Open-source alternative to Grammarly and DeepL Write using Harper

Hello everyone,

Recently, I developed a Windows system-level writing assistant called PhrAIse, which supports both local, offline text optimization based on Harper and LLM-based optimization & translation. It’s open source and free.

It was primarily developed to suit my own writing habits, but since others might also prefer this workflow, I decided to share it here.
