Pin compatible robosuite versions

Once robosuite-dev is updated, we should enter some compatible versions of robosuite e.g. using another branch of rs currently errors:

from robosuite.controllers import load_composite_controller_config
ImportError: cannot import name 'load_composite_controller_config' from 'robosuite.controllers' (/home/thankyou/autom/robosuite-dev/robosuite/controllers/__init__.py)

For this specific issue, you'll want to use robosuite>=1.5
