request: Enable batch option on releasing anime

Problem Description / Use Case

When using smart search with releasing anime, batches are disabled automatically (presumably because since they're not finished yet, there shouldn't be any batches), this is however very limiting for older anime like One Piece and Detective Conan, which have plenty of batches that don't get included in the smart search query. I have listed some examples below.

Proposed Solution

Enable the batches switch on every entry, it would be very useful if this could be combined with the episode selector as well, so that the torrent provider could use a function to filter the batches via the selected episode.
