A paginated list widget

Hi.

I've implemented a paginated list widget here

Perhaps I could consider adding to reblocks-ui repository.

If it is generic enough and can be styled for any site, then it can be included, but I'd do a few things:

• replace cl-who with reblocks/html:with-html
• think about different pagination strategies, because using page numbers is not good for database query performace. In most cases it is better to use keyset pagination (read more about it here, here and here).

Also, note that reblocks-ui uses Zurb Foundation for styling, while reblocks-ui2 allows to write RENDER methods which can depend on current site's theme (currently TailwindCSS is supported and somewhere Zurb Foundation too). Probably it is better to implement this pagination widget for reblocks-ui2.

And one more, from my experience, lists with pagination often require addional controls, such as "Add" button and "Delete" buttons for rows. It would be nice to have hooks allowing to add such controls and to update list on these actions.

Hey guys do your lists allow sorting columns? (ajax-based, calling back the DB) That would be really really nice.

I have a table component in my application and would be nice to have that, so I'll probably implement.

There is a table widget in the reblocks-ui2. But it does not implement sorting yet. It would be cool to add this feature.
